By engaging with the CantonDataNode digital environment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This website provides technical specifications, operational insights, and commercial data regarding our high-performance data nodes and analytics systems designed for Australian business infrastructures.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the site immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CantonDataNode regarding your access to and use of CantonDataNode.digital.
Provision of Information
CantonDataNode reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the availability of information on this portal at any time without prior notice. While we strive to maintain the highest degree of accuracy in our technical documentation, the data provided is for informational purposes only.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that any hardware or software decisions based on site information are verified with a CantonDataNode technical consultant.
- Commercial quotes and performance benchmarks for data nodes advertised here are subject to individual enterprise requirements and local Sydney data center availability.
- Unauthorized use of automated systems or "scraping" tools to extract data from this portal is strictly prohibited.
Enterprise-grade reliability is the baseline of our service agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

We do not warrant that the site will be free of errors or that information regarding high-performance analytics systems is constantly updated in real-time. Usage of our node infrastructure data at an enterprise level is governed by separate Managed Services Agreements (MSA) which override these web terms.
Jurisdiction and Compliance
These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State/Commonwealth, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
